Breaking Bad Habits Sleep Meditation (15 Min)

If you have either a bad habit or an unwanted behaviour that you would like to change then I'm sure you'll enjoy this sleep meditation.  Think of a habit or behaviour you want to change, then think of what you would like to do instead, then relax completely as see yourself in the future having made all those changes you desire. Use this session again and again to increase it's effectiveness and you may just be surprised at some point to discover that the changes you desired have been achieved. This session can be used to break bad habits such as smoking, finger nail biting, picking or behaviours such as procrastination or mindless eating. You can also use this session to re-enforce positive changes like drinking more water, eating healthier foods, watching less tv, etc......
