Good Days and Bad Days sleep meditation

We all experience good things and bad things everyday. In this sleep meditation we'll explore techniques to help you focus on the good stuff and let the bad stuff fade away.  Sensory modalities (the things we can hear, see and feel) are part of every memory we create and by playing with the subsets of these senses we can actually increase or decrease the impact of our experiences.  We'll also be visualizing a chalkboard or whiteboard as we count down from 5 to 1, becoming more and more relaxed with each number you imagine....
