The Lantern Sleep Meditation (1 hour)

Think of a past experience that may be preventing your from doing something you want to do or going for it 100%. Now imagine that you have the ability to change some aspects of that limiting past experience and then send it away into the night sky.  Watch it drift off in the warm summer breeze aboard a floating lantern, setting you free while you relax and fall asleep.
